WHAT IS THE PAL FUND?

PAL Fund plays a crucial role in ensuring that our outstanding guides and staff receive the recognition and appreciation they truly deserve. This fund has been instrumental in enhancing the overall well-being and morale.  By collecting donations at the beginning of the school year, we ensure that gifting can occur on a rolling basis without the need to solicit contributions throughout the year.

HOW TO DONATE?

You can make your payment via Venmo at @PAL-Fund or contact pal@terraatserenbe.org to make other payment arrangements. 

We encourage a donation of $125 per child.  We understand that every family's circumstances are unique, please know that any contribution, regardless of the amount, is deeply appreciated.  However, if you have the means to give more, your additional donation will ensure that everyone receives a meaningful token of our gratitude. We would appreciate it if donations could be made before October 1st. 

WHAT DOES PAL FUND COVER?

The PAL Fund covers a range of initiatives, all of which are aimed at showing our gratitude and support to the hardworking guides and staff. Here are the key areas where your contributions to the PAL Fund are invested:

• Birthday Gift Card

• Winter Gift

• Funding Staff Appreciation Week (May 5-9) activities and appreciation gifts

• End of the Year Gift

EQUITY

It's important to note that the PAL Fund is committed to fairness and equity. All contributions are split equitably among the guides and staff, ensuring that each member of our dedicated team receives a meaningful token of our gratitude.
